Ebenso müssen Kunden keine Kosten für Überweisungen oder Daueraufträge bezahlen. Zudem sind auch Barabhebungen auf der ganzen Welt kostenfrei. So gibt es an über 2.500 Geldautomaten in Deutschland kostenlos Bargeld mit der EC-Karte. Zudem gibt es mit dem netbank Girokonto auch eine MasterCard. Mit dieser können Kunden in mehr als 210 Ländern gratis an über einer Million Geldautomaten Bargeld abheben. Hierbei wird auf das sonst oft übliche Auslandseinsatzentgelt verzichtet.
